• Eligible Items: Returns and exchanges are only accepted for physical merchandise (hoodies, hats, shirts, etc.). Digital goods and event tickets are non-refundable.

• Condition: Items must be in new, unused, and unworn condition.

• Return Window: Returns and exchanges must be requested within 30 days of the original purchase date.

• Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for all return and exchange shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returns: Once we receive and inspect your item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for processing.

Exchanges: If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please include a note in your return package with the details. Once received, we’ll ship your requested item back out. Customers are responsible for shipping costs both ways.
